Roberta Mameli
Born in Rome she graduated in opera singing from the music conservatory of Piacenza and in violin under the guidance of Carlo Feige in Cremona.She made her debut at a very young age as Mercury in Henry Purcell’s opera Dido and Aeneas.
She works very intensively as a soloist singer both in Italy and abroad and her repertory includes music from baroque to the twentieth century.
She has studied and specialized herself in liederistic repertory with Konrad Richter studying in depth Schumann, Schubert, Strauss, Wolf and Brahms’s autors.
She has sung in many Italian and foreign theatres in collaboration with important ensembles like Accademia degli Erranti and conductors like Claudio Abbado.
She has performed in many festivals and she has played in many operas and oratorios from Monteverdi to Wagner.
