Athanasios (Soulis) Mousmoulidis
Athanasios Mousmoulidis was born in Komotini in 1959. He first started his musical journey by playing accordion in his childhood. Few years later he discovered his interest in lute and traditional music and soon he became a founding member of “Lalitades of Rodopi”. He has collaborated with exceptional musicians of traditional music and participated in many concerts both in Greece and abroad.
Athanasios Mousmoulidis wurde 1959 in Komotini geboren. In seiner Kindheit lernte er vorerst das Spielen des Akkordeons, einige Jahre später entdeckte er die Laute und sein Interesse an traditioneller Griechischer Musik. Er ist Gründungsmitglied der Gruppe „Lalitades of Rodopi“, arbeitet immer wieder mit Musikern der traditionellen Griechischen Musik zusammen und gibt Konzerte sowohl in als auch außerhalb Griechenlands.
