Silvana Veit was born in Vienna in 1989, half part of her familiy is from Graz and the other half part is from Peru. She wrote her first songs and stories as a teenager. She learned piano and recorder and later at the BORG for music and performing arts classical guitar. After graduating from high school, Silvana Veit studied political science, philosophy and Spanish literature for three semesters at the University of Vienna and at the same time as an extraordinary student film music at the Vienna Film Academy.
She then lived in Berlin for two years and attended the Berlin School for Drama. During her time in Berlin she learned the gypsy guitar from street musicians and performed in bars along Kastanienallee.
She then studied acting at the Mozarteum Salzburg, where she graduated with honors, followed by a long journey on the Way of St. James, an engagement at the National Theater Weimar, guest engagements at the Salzburg Festival, work in film and television and an engagement at the Schauspielhaus in Graz.
Silvana traveled to Peru, where she met her peruvian family and attended an Ayahuasca ceremony in Mancora.
Today she lives as a freelance artist in her adopted home Graz and enriches the colorful music landscape of Graz.
