Michael Hofstetter and a young trio of soloists give their best.

The first strains of 2020 are Beethoven. 17th December is the 250th anniversary of his baptism in Saint Remigius Church in Bonn. It is not known when exactly he was born but “Beethoven Year 2020“ goes on regardless. Michael Hofstetter conducts the turbulent Second as it was intended to be – music of revolution. For the Triple Concerto he has chosen three young soloists who play Beethoven pure and simple.
