U27 / Ö1 Intro

With classics by Johann Strauss, Franz Lehár and Robert Stolz, the Walzerperlen take the “Wiener Walzer” and operetta melodies as far as to Japan and the USA and like to delight their audience with humorous cabaret elements.

Mario Lerchenberger

The role profile of the tenor, born in Villach in 1992 and a member of the Graz Opera Studio, ranges from Claudio Monteverdi and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to Richard Wagner and Richard Strauss. Outside of opera, Mario Lerchenberger can be heard in oratorios and as a lied singer. Another artistic mainstay is choral conducting.

Bertl Mütter

The great Austrian trombone individualist Bertl Mütter captivates the audience with his very personal music. Whether playing solo, which draws on both familiar and distant traditions, or in ensembles, the artist never fails to amaze.

Barbara Pöltl

The soprano studied at the University of Arts in Graz and deals with a diverse lied and concert repertoire as well as sacred music. In addition to successful performances at countless institutions, Barbara Pöltl is also a co-founder of the “Opernkarussell”, a community for music theatre in Graz.

Maria Beatrice Cantelli

Many years of performing concerts have taken the Italian flutist to renowned venues throughout Europe. She is also a close friend of the Styriarte: she plays with the Styriarte Festival Orchestra, with Recreation – Das Orchester and on the transverse flute with the Recreation baroque ensemble.

Sandra Macher

The multi-faceted harpist is dedicated to a broad repertoire from the 18th century to contemporary music and is thus well-versed in both classical and modern music. Sandra Macher also actively shapes the areas of pedagogy and music education and runs her own harp school.
