BOOKING:
You have the possibility to buy/reserve your concert tickets directly at our ticket office in Palais Attems, in our online-shop (except subscriptions), by phone (+43 316 825 000) or via e-mail.

PAYMENT METHODS:
In our ticket office and at the box offices you can pay in cash, by debit card or credit card (Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa), in our online shop by credit card or PayPal.

TICKET RETURNS:
With us you are flexible!
Concert tickets can easily be converted into a voucher (redeemable for anything from our company and valid for 30 years) or another concert up to two working days before an event.

CANCELLATION:
If an event has to be cancelled, we will inform you in writing. We will automatically convert your concert ticket into a voucher or transfer the ticket price back to you on request.

We need your contact details (name, e-mail address and/or telephone number) in order to provide you with the best possible service and to be able to inform you of any urgent changes.

We offer different subscription options for all our festivals.

STYRIARTE
Restplatzabo in two versions: 5 concerts ABO (at EUR 72) and 8 concerts ABO (at EUR 96). Bookable from the start of ticket sales (subscriptions are limited). The concerts will be selected at the end of May (5 out of 7 or 8 out of 10).

RECREATION
GROSSES ORCHESTER subscription in the Stefaniensaal in three doses: All nine, or five or four concerts per season - info
BAROQUE subscription in the Minoritensaal: all four baroque productions of the season - info

MEERSCHEIN
All five productions of the winter concert series in the Minoritensaal as a subscription - Info.

PSALM
Optional subscription at EUR 116 for four concerts of your choice - info

JOLLY JOKER
For spontaneous people. 6 Jokers at EUR 36. At least ten offers per year from the entire Styriarte programme. If a Joker is played, we will inform you by e-mail one week before the performance, you decide whether you want to use your Joker - booking and information directly at the Styriarte ticket office.

The following discounts apply to ALL our festivals:

U27 (Young people under 27) and students of the University of Graz (up to their 30th birthday):
50% discount on single tickets
If available, remaining tickets at EUR 5 at the box office 15 minutes before the performance starts

Holders of the Kulturpass:
If available, tickets as part of the Hunger auf Kunst & Kultur campaign. Reservation from two weeks before the respective event, pick up at the box office. Please show your Kulturpass and an identification. Just give us a call (+43 316 825 000).

Visitors in wheelchairs:
Own seats at almost all venues
50% reduction for the attendant

People with disabilities:
50% discount on single tickets and subscriptions by presenting the corresponding ID card

Ö1 Club members: 10% discount on 2 tickets each for selected concerts
Ö1–intro members: 50% discount on 2 tickets for each concerts
Standard subcribers: 10% discount on 2 tickets each for selected concerts
AVL employees: 20% discount on all concerts in the Helmut List Halle on presentation of their ID card
Hop-On-Ticket: Tickets at EUR 12 (on seats in the cheapest category) for selected concerts. You will be notified by e-mail one week before the performance. If you are interested, please contact the Styriarte ticket office.

RECREATION - Das Orchester:
Employees of the University of Graz and members of the alumni UNI graz association: 10% discount on subscriptions
Subscribers to the series in the Stefaniensaal: 10% discount on subscriptions to the baroque series in the Minoritensaal.

Easterfestival PSALM:
Ö1 Club members: 10% discount on 2 tickets per concert
Ö1–intro members: 50% discount on 2 tickets per concert
AVL employees: 20% discount on all concerts in the Helmut List Halle on presentation of their ID card

Our vouchers (valid for 30 years) can be purchased in our ticket office and also in our webshop. They are valid for all Styriarte events and products.

The amount of the voucher is freely selectable. We are happy to wrap your vouchers or tickets as a gift. For this service we ask for a donation of EUR 5 for our social campaign Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur. 

Buy vouchers

Ordered tickets can be collected directly from our ticket office or from one hour before the start of the performance at the box office.

If you choose Print@Home, your ticket will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file. You can then either print the tickets or show them on your mobile phone when you enter the concert hall.

We will also be happy to send your tickets to your postal address for a postage fee of EUR 4. To ensure that your tickets arrive on time, we offer this service up to seven days before the event. After that, please collect your tickets from our ticket office or the box office.

If a concert that you particularly wanted to attend is sold out, please call us +43 316 825 000. We will put you on the waiting list and contact you if tickets become available.

If you lose your ticket or wish to pass it on to another person at short notice, please call us +43 316 825 000. At no extra charge, we will print a replacement ticket, which can be collected at the evening box office. 

If you cannot attend a concert, you can exchange your ticket for another ticket or a voucher up to two working days before the concert. 

After this time, we can take your tickets to resell as soon as tickets of the same category are sold out. There is a 10% administrative charge (min. 5 euros) for this service.

Tickets cannot be returned at the evening box office.
