Your safety and comfort at styriarte events are important to us.

You need have no worry about reserving or buying your styriarte tickets. If the event cannot take pace, your ticket will automatically be converted into a voucher or your money refunded.
To reduce waiting time and queueing at the evening box office, we advise you to collect tickets you have reserved at the styriarte ticket centre, open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. You can also have your tickets mailed to you (EUR 4).
The evening box office opens 1 hour before the start of the performance.
It is absolutely necessary for us to have your contact details (name, email address and/or telephone number) so that we can inform you should there be a case of Covid 19 at one of our events. Please understand that we cannot sell tickets without this information. Thank you for your cooperation.
At the concert
To ensure that your concert experience is a safe and pleasant one, conditions at the event locations will be adjusted according to the prevailing Covid 19 regulations.
Should your concert be cancelled, you will be informed in writing.
If you feel at all ill, please do not come to a concert. Unused tickets can be exchanged for a voucher.
You must wear a nose and mouth mask on accessing and leaving the concert venue. At the moment you have to keep your face covering also during the concert.
The cloakrooms at the Stefaniensaal are open on both sides of the entrance in order to keep queueing to a minimum.
Please be aware of keeping your distance from others at the box office, the cloakroom, the bar and at all exits and entrances.
Hand sanitiser dispensers are provided for your use.
The foyer opens 1 hour before the start of the performance. During this time, the bar on the first floor is open.
The auditorium opens 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Our seating plan conforms to government guidelines and allows for sufficient distance to other concert-goers. It is important that you occupy only the seat which is allocated to you on your ticket.
The audience for the 8pm performance is only permitted access to the cloakroom and bar area once the majority of the audience for the 6pm performance has left the building, so please do not arrive too early. The lounge area in the foyer (to the right on entering the building) may, however, be used as a waiting room.
This season, the introductory talks are presented digitally rather than live. On the day before the performance, you will be sent a video link introducing your concert.
For reasons of safety and to enable us to present two performances per evening, the duration of the concerts has been limited to 60 minutes without an interval.
Our group taxi service is again available this season (fare EUR 7).
In order for us to be able to reach you easily, we would ask you to give us your current email address when you order your tickets. The day before your concert, you will receive an email with necessary information about the event.
You will find all the latest information relating to your concert, conditions at the venue and regulations also on our website.
