tickets and information

We are available for you at our ticket center (Sackstraße 17) from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and on Saturday (only during the festival) from 10 am to 5 pm and are looking forward to your visit. SUMMERBREAK from July, 31 to September 3rd.

You can also make a reservation for tickets by phone or via email, telefax or our order form (included in our brochure) or buy your tickets online in our webshop.

In our ticket center you may pay in cash, with a payment form, credit card (VISA, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard) or with your cash card. In our webshop you can use your credit card (VISA, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard) or our online payment processing service for your payment. At our evening box office you can also pay with creditcard or cash card.

Our ticket center is located on the ground floor. The tramway lines no. 4 and 5 stop directly in front of the office at the Schlossbergplatz stop. Parking is available in the short-term parking zone in the surrounding area or in the parking garages at Mariahilferplatz, Kunsthaus or the Kastner&Öhler department store.

How do I get my tickets?

You can pick up your tickets at our ticket center or at the evening box office, which opens one hour before the start of the concert.
Of course we would also be happy to send you your tickets via registered mail for EUR 4 of shipping charges. To ensure that your tickets arrive in time, we offer this service only until 14 days before the event.

Tickets at the evening box office

We open our concert box office one hour before the start of the concert. At the concert box office you can purchase tickets or pick up the tickets you reserved in advance. During the concert intervals we are happy to provide information about the festival and you also have the opportunity to purchase tickets for upcoming events.

What happens, if I can’t attend an event?

If you can’t attend an event for any reason, we will exchange your ticket with another ticket or a voucher until one day before the event. The voucher is valid indefinitely.
We will take your tickets on commission even at the day of the concert. Your tickets will be sold as soon as all other tickets of the same category have been sold out. For this service we retain 10% of the ticket price or at least a EUR 5 processing fee.
At the concert box office we cannot take back prepaid tickets.

The desired concert is fully booked!

If a concert you would like to attend is already fully booked, please do not hesitate to call us (+43 316 825 000). We are happy to put you on the waiting list and will contact you as soon as somebody returns a ticket. 

Ticket loss and replacement

If you have lost your tickets or want to pass them on to friends at short-notice, we will reprint your tickets free of charge. Please give us a call (+43 316 825 000) and we will prepare your replacement tickets for you to pick them up at the evening box office.

Vouchers

Vouchers: an all time favourite!
Our vouchers are valid indefinitely and can be redeemed for all our performances (styriarte, PSALM, recreation, Meerschein Matineen) and for products from our styriarte product range (DVDs, books, CDs, styriarte umbrellas). You can select any amount for the voucher.

What happens if I arrive late for a concert?

If you cannot make it in time for a concert, we will try to offer special seats to you. We will personally accompany you to your seats during applause or in-between programme parts. You can then take the seats you originally purchased after the interval.

Please understand that this is not possible during concerts, which are recorded or where the acoustics are particularly sensitive.

Parking

If you come with your own car, you can purchase reduced tickets for following parking garages at the evening box offices:

APCOA garage at Andreas-Hofer-Platz (styriarte 05 pm till 02.00 am / recreation 05.30 pm till 02.00 am): EUR 7.-
WiPark garage at Mariahilferplatz (styriarte 05 pm till 02.00 am / recreation 05.30 pm till 02.00 am): EUR 7.-
Citygarage Weitzer at Entenplatz (styriarte 05 pm till 07.59am / recreation 05:30 p.m. till 07.59am): EUR 1.50

The visitors of Helmut-List-Halle can use the large parking lot across from and beside the hall which was developed by Grazer Parkraumservice. Entering the parking area, you have to buy a ticket for EUR 3.-.

Helmut-List-Halle can also be reached by GVB-bus No. 85.
Our staff members at the shared taxi counter will be happy to inform you about departure times.

Bus service

For concerts outside of Graz we offer a shuttle bus service: the bus leaves in front of the Operahouse (Franz-Graf-Allee), return journey after the concert.

Shared taxi

Our taxi partner 878 will take you home after the concert for EUR 5 within the city of Graz. Please sign up for this service at the shared taxi counter. While you enjoy the concert, we arrange your ride home. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a certain seat (e.g. the front passenger seat ) in the taxi for you. Of course we are also happy to call a private taxi for the regular fare for you.

Service for handicapped persons

If you need our help to access any of the concert halls, feel free to call our box office (+43 316 825 000). A staff member will call you back and arrange everything for you.

Service e-mail and newsletter

One day before the concert you will receive a service email informing you about all important matters for an enjoyable event: from directions to the concert venue over the drinks available during the interval to any changes in the cast e provide you with all the details you need.

Our monthly newsletter provides you with the latest news about our programme.

Changes in the programme or the cast

Changes in the programme or the cast are sometimes unavoidable. We will try to immediately inform you about any changes of this kind via our service email and on our website. Changes in the programme or the cast do not entitle you to return your tickets.

Exchange of recreation-subscription tickets

If you are unable to attend a concert of your subscription cycle: We will exchange your subscription ticket in our ticket office with another concert ticket of the current season. A concert ticket can be exchanged free of charge only once per season, for any other exchange we are raising a small handling fee of EUR 5.

Renewal of recreation-subscriptions

As we prepare an unbeatable programme for each season, we assume that you do not want to give up your subscription, so we will automatically renew your subscription to the next season. If you change your mind, you can cancel your subscription to an announced deadline, which is usually in the middle of June. We will inform you in writing about this date.
