Information about your concert
Shortly before your concert you will receive an email explaining in detail all you need to know to make your concert experience an enjoyable one, whether it concerns access to the venue, availability of drinks, or perhaps a change of performer. At the present time, when the situation can change very quickly, it is especially important that we can reach you, so please let us have your current email address.
The foyer and evening box office open an hour before the concert starts. The auditorium opens approximately 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Concerts last around an hour and there is no interval.
If you are late for the beginning of the concert, you will be shown to an alternative seat at a suitable point in the programme or during applause. If you cannot attend the concert, you have the option of exchanging your ticket for a voucher up to two working days before the concert.
At present there are no intervals during performances. Food and drink is not available at all venues. For more information, please contact us: +43 316 825 000.
Public transport is the best way of getting to all our venues within Graz.
Bus and tram timetables
Almost all styriarte venues have designated bicycle stands, a supervised, well-lit parking space for your bicycle, right in front of the venue.
We offer transport by coach to many venues outside Graz.
Car parking is available at all venues. Please consult venue websites for information.
After our Recreation concerts Graz residents can book our partner taxi company 878 to go home (cost 9,50 euros). Leave your details at the shared-taxi desk when you arrive at the venue before the concert and we will organise the taxi while you are enjoying the concert. Please note that we cannot guarantee a particular seat (front seat) in the taxi. We can, of course, also order an individual taxi for you at the regular rate if you wish.
Most of our venues are barrier free. If you require assistance of any kind, for example, in parking at or accessing the venue, please contact us at the ticket centre. Space for wheelchair users is available in all auditoriums. There is a 50% discount for disabled persons on presentation of proof of eligibility. This also applies to accompanying assistants who are entered in the disabled person’s pass.
There are special conditions for tickets sales for groups of 20 and over. We are also happy to assist with the organisation of your visit in order to make it as pleasant as possible and welcome enquiries at the Styriarte-ticket centre.
