Über die Künstlerin
Young harpsichordist from Brno
Lucie Krajčírovičová discovered her passion for early music at the P. Křížkovský Gymnasium in Brno (Czech Republic), where she performed in a student ensemble dedicated to Renaissance and Baroque repertoire. This experience led her to the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in harpsichord in 2021, studying with Barbara Maria Willi and Martin Hroch. During her studies, she also spent a semester abroad at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam (class of Menno van Delft and Kris Verhelst).
In June 2024, she completed her Master’s degree in harpsichord and continuo at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (class of Michael Hell), where she is currently continuing her Bachelor’s studies in Instrumental Pedagogy (harpsichord).
Lucie performs both as a soloist and chamber musician and has a strong interest in basso continuo practice, which also led her to work as a répétiteur. She has supported the International Summer Academy for Early Music in Graz on three occasions. Since 2023, she has been active at the Days of Early Music in Pöllau and has been working as a harpsichord répétiteur at the Johann-Joseph-Fux Conservatory in Graz since 2024. She also appears regularly in concerts in various ensembles, including Styriarte and Ensemble UPS!, among others.
In addition, she is interested in Baroque violin and piano.
