On Stage

Highlights of the past concert seasons were the concerts in the Musikverein (Vienna), Wigmore Hall (London) and at the Brucknerhaus Linz, as well as several successful tours of Italy and the CD and radio recordings with the Austrian label Gramola and the Swiss National Radio Broadcaster SRF.

Appearances in renowned festivals such as the Styriarte Festival in Graz, the Trame Sonore Chamber Music Festival Mantova, the Haydn Festival in Burgenland, the Kalkalpen Festival or the Lucerne Festival, as well as regular concerts in the large halls of the world are just as much part of the tour schedule as privately organized house concerts.

Repertoire

In parallel with the quartet’s focus on the 1st and 2nd Viennese School, the Pacific Quartet Vienna has added intercultural exchange programs between Europe (Switzerland / Austria) and Asia (Japan / Taiwan) to its activities, resulting in extensive concert tours throughout the mentioned countries during recent years. The quartet has also created its own unique fairy tale concert program, conveying the sounds, languages and philosophies of different cultures to children and adults.
