A story with music

Ein kribbeliges, krabbeliges Gefühl regt sich im Bauch des Schneemanns, als die kleine Lisa ihm einen Schluck heißen Tee anbietet. Er soll nicht frieren im Garten vor dem Haus. Und plötzlich reisen wir mit dem gar nicht so gewöhnlichen Schneemann auf einer Eisscholle den Fluss hinunter ins Meer und hoch in den kalten Norden, wo es niemals Sommer wird. Kinderzimmer-Kapitän Christoph Steiner lässt uns eintauchen in Mira Lobes fantastisch humorvolle Entdeckergeschichte „Es ging ein Schneemann durch das Land“. Die zwei Musiker:innen an seiner Seite bringen ihre warmherzige Sprachmelodie zum Klingen. Da fällt das Warten aufs Christkind plötzlich nicht mehr ganz so schwer.

As an actor, author, singer and Austrian poetry slam champion, Graz-born Christoph Steiner is at home on many stages and is a convincing musical performer at Graz Opera, a permanent member of the ensemble at Next Liberty and captain of the children's room at Styriarte.
