Arika Mamas

With the emancipated and strong voice of South Africa, the vocal ensemble Afrika Mamas in grünen Tops Afrika Mamas makes people sit up and take notice. A moving bridge between a cappella music from the Zulu vocal tradition and the modern lives of African women.

ambassadors of African culture

The Afrika Mamas from Durban in South Africa, who have got together to form an a cappella group, are seven mothers bringing up single-handedly a total of eleven children.
