It is easy to get in the mood for Dvořák.
He turned the Slavonic dances of his homeland into the most enthralling classical music, and had the strings produce utterly beautiful sounds in their very best range. In his Czech Chamber Music Academy, cellist Tomás Jamník from Prague teaches students how to play perfect Dvořák. With his young fellow musicians, he transforms even a little “Bagatelle” into the grandest music.
The performance lasts 60-70 minutes without an interval.
