Who could be better suited to the dense mountain of sound of the Bach clan than Bach Prize winner
Ursina Braun
- in the dark dress of the baroque cello, she performs the daring ride from
Johann Sebastian's
third Brandenburg Concerto to his first two sons.

Ursina Braun is particularly taken with the harsh, earthy sound of the Baroque cello. In the mad A minor concerto by Bach’s son Carl Philipp, she can really make the most of these harsh tones. The E minor symphony by the “Berlin Bach” sounds downright out of control, and Friedemann was a match for his brother when it came to “Sturm und Drang”. Thank goodness that Father Bach restores divine order with the Third Brandenburg Concerto.

Recreation is special in many ways: consisting of musicians whose nationalities range from Japan to Venezuela, most of the members received part of their training in Graz. After its formation in 2002, the collective has played in unique halls such as the Alte Oper Frankfurt and has worked with outstanding conductors.
The musician, born in Zurich in 1992, lives out her intensely personal approach to music in the world of composition, which she discovered for herself at the age of 14. Much earlier she decided on her instrument, the violoncello, with which she has won numerous international prizes. Stylistically, she can do everything - from baroque to modern.
