Best of BB

Following the great success of their prize-winning album (German Record Critics‘ Award), BartolomeyBittmann present their new programme drawing together the essential elements of everything they have done to date. The duo’s programmes have always featured strong emotional contrasts: Meridian (2013) — finding a musical pathway; Neubau (2015) — the idea of creating through composing together; Dynamo (2019) — the dramatic element; z e h n (2022) — continuity. The musical scope of Best of BB ranges from heavy rock riffs and racing virtuoso unison passages to intimate groove and sensitive cantilenas. BB are always probing the basic acoustic potential of their classical instruments.
