In a World of Fantasy

What masterpieces await audiences at Styriarte 2027? What moments of joy? Which favourite artists will return, and whom will we discover for the first time? We warmly invite you to the magnificent Palais Attems for a first taste of next summer’s programme. Experience Graz’s most beautiful palace filled with wonderful sounds, as virtuoso musical delights and fascinating stories from the festival to come unfold behind its doors, presented by Artistic Director Mathis Huber. With plenty of music, of course. And one thing is certain: it will be FANTASTIC!

Mathis Huber

Mathis Huber, born in Graz in 1958, studied oboe, music education, musicology and history. After working for the Kleine Zeitung newspaper and ORF, as well as serving as a research assistant at the Institute of Musicology in Graz, he was appointed artistic director of the Styriarte in 1990 – a position he continues to hold with great dedication to this day.
